A first-generation college graduate and proud product of public education, Dr. Quick has never forgotten where she came from — and she’s spent her career ensuring others have access to the opportunities that helped shape her own path. From serving as the Assistant Secretary for the NJ Office of the Secretary of Higher Education to founding Leading Young Women, Inc., her work lives at the intersection of equity, empowerment, and execution.

She holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership and has led statewide initiatives impacting thousands of students, families, and professionals. Whether she’s designing a leadership retreat, moderating a high-stakes panel, or helping a team realign their strategic goals, her work is grounded in clarity, collaboration, and culturally responsive insight.
