With more than two decades of experience across campus life, diversity leadership, and student support services, I’ve built my career advocating for first-generation students, underrepresented communities, and those navigating systems not designed for them.
From my earliest days in student affairs to my current role at the state level, I’ve led transformative work through programs like GEAR UP, the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF), and cross-institutional student equity initiatives. My leadership has always been grounded in a deep belief that every student deserves to be heard, valued, and supported.
I’ve championed initiatives that center student voice, created frameworks for inclusive programming, and advised senior leadership on embedding equity into everyday practice. Whether designing identity-based mentorship models, launching statewide campaigns for access and inclusion, or supporting campus climate strategies—my work lives at the intersection of advocacy, equity, and student success.
