The Leading Young Women Network (LYWN) is the heart of my purpose-driven work. Rooted in advocacy, sisterhood, and transformation, LYWN is an ecosystem designed to empower, uplift, and educate girls and young women—especially those from underrepresented communities.
Our training and consulting arm focused on schools, educators, and youth-serving organizations. We design and deliver culturally responsive curricula, workshops, and professional development rooted in girl-centered frameworks and equity practices.
Our boldest vision: a proposed all-girls public charter school where education meets healing. GALE will be a trauma-informed, culturally sustaining, leadership-driven school for girls in grades 6–12—where belonging, brilliance, and boldness are built into the curriculum.
A nonprofit organization committed to helping middle and high school girls discover their power, potential, and purpose. Through identity-based enrichment programs, community mentorship, and real-world exposure, we equip girls with the tools to thrive—in school, in life, and in leadership.
